This website is owned and operated by Martyr Merchants. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us www.martyrmerchants.co.uk. This website offers visitors access to view and in some cases purchase our range of timber, including structural, joinery grade, sheet material, cladding and hardwood, alongside aggregates, cement, landscaping, fencing, fixings and sundries. By accessing or using the website www.martyrmerchants.co.uk, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Goods Description and Price
Whilst we endeavour to ensure that all descriptions and prices are accurate and up to date, errors may occur from time to time. If we discover an error in either the price or description of the good you have ordered, we will let you know as soon as is reasonably possible. We will then offer you the option of either reconfirming your order or of cancelling your order for an exchange or for a full refund.
The prices we charge for using our services/products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
The price of our products and services and delivery charges are inclusive of VAT unless VAT is shown on the web page as a separate element.
Placing an Order
When placing an order to buy an item, you agree that:

Return and Refund Policy
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following:
- Delivery costs for returns are to be paid by the customer.
- Restocking charges may apply.
How to Pay
If you do not have a trade account with us, you can pay for services and products ordered through our website by debit or credit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards, and Maestro, debit cards. Payment for your order, including delivery charges, will be taken from your debit or credit card at the time you place your order. However, this is nor confirmation that your order has been accepted. If for any reason we are required to reject your order, or we are unable to supply with the products or services you have ordered, a credit payment of a full refund will be made to your payment card or a credit will be made to your account with us (as applicable).
You may apply for a trade account with us with credit terms agreed separate to this website terms and conditions policy.
Retention of the right to change offers
We may, without prior notice, change the services stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
Warranties & responsibility for services and products
When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights and log0
The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, videos and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Martyr Merchants. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.
Right to suspend or cancel the user account
